Desk with contracts and notes during a structured application review

Custom guide

The review process

A transparent path from your first brief to a prioritised revision list—built for audit of applications, not for generic coaching.

Intake & calendar fit

You send the call guidelines, your draft packet, and the submission deadline. We confirm whether a full audit, narrative pass, or eligibility check still fits the calendar—and decline if it does not.

Criteria mapping

The assigned reviewer builds a criteria table from the programme handbook: weighted scores, mandatory documents, residency rules, budget limits, and word counts. Your packet is read against that map, not against our taste.

Claim-to-evidence pass

Every major claim in the narrative is traced to an annex, letter, or form field. Orphan claims and unused evidence both appear in the notes.

Consistency sweep

Dates, titles, names, and figures are checked across forms, CV, budget, and letters. Contradictions are listed with the page references where they appear.

Written report & follow-up

You receive a prioritised revision list and annotated notes. Full audits include a 45-minute conversation to walk through the first cuts and the items that can wait.

What you prepare

  • The official call text or applicant handbook
  • Current drafts of forms and narratives
  • Evidence you already hold (letters, certificates, budgets)
  • Any referee materials you are permitted to share
  • Hard deadline and any portal quirks you already know

In-person packet walkthroughs can be arranged at our Nonthaburi address when a remote review is not enough.
